Since 1918, Orleans Homes has carried on the tradition of building and delivering outstanding homes and exceptional investment value. Following the economic stress of 2007 they sought to ease peoples’ minds by taking the brand in a new direction. The main goal with this campaign was to simplify the homebuilding process for prospective buyers, and to provide guidance, reassurance and comfort along the way.
The comprehensive campaign includes brand identity, print, environmental graphics, interior design, and online media. Armed with convenient, interactive online tools, a beautifully appointed Design Studio that facilitates selecting finishings in person, and an attentive Orleans team, this new approach puts the power back in the hands of homebuyer.
